I had been working with 3 other dealerships before calling Zimbrick. The 3 other dealerships treated me like a checkbook and had no personal salesmanship. I live 2 hours from Zimbrick but have worked with them in the past, so after the other 3 dealerships were not offering the best deals and did not seem to have interest in working with me to buy a new truck, I decided to reach out to Zimbrick. They connected with me personally, went out of their way to figure out what I wanted and what was most important, and found the perfect truck with the perfect deal for me. Additionally, they made the extra effort when we were at the dealer to accommodate my wife and newborn son’s needs. I will not be calling any other dealerships prior to Zimbrick for any future car purchases.

Was good. Wish that the failing fuel injector was addressed when the car was towed in for smoking on Friday instead of when the car was getting an oil change/tire rotation but ce la vie. Maybe there wasn’t enough time on Friday to do it since it was towed in emergently, but at least being notified about it if it was a known problem then would’ve been better

Staff was kind. Don’t appreciate the fact that my engine light comes on just because of a software issue. Causing me to spend nearly $200 just to find that out. So yeah I got it reprogrammed because it cost less than the diagnosis and I was already there. But if I knew it was gonna be that simple of an issue and not be covered under my warranty, I wouldn’t have done the service. Also don’t appreciate that I can’t get a straight answer on whether the issue will be included with my extended warranty or not until they’ve done the service. I understand why, and I know I need to be a bit more aggressive but I am a young female adult so I would’ve appreciated the very least the consideration of asking if I’d still like to go through with the process rather than getting stuck and feeling like I can’t back out of the service. Also, having to pay for a diagnosis is just unexpected especially when it’s the engine light that’s come on. I mean that’s the reason I went, was because I thought something was wrong with the engine, not the programming. An engine is definitely included bumper to bumper so, any warning or any help, anything would’ve been appreciated before going through with a $260 fix on programming…I do have to acknowledge, it was originally going to be $280 so thank you to who put in effort to knock of that $20. But still, overall unsatisfied of the process.

The tire pressure said it was low on left front, nothing noted, I knew it was good, but next morning I needed to have the “tire monitoring” serviced. Good thing I only live 4 miles away.

I really enjoy the opportunity to get into a quiet place and read or work on some project while my car is being serviced. You always keep me informed of anything unusual going on during the servicing, too.

Service advisor was courteous and professional. My initial sense was the advisor really cared about me and my vehicle. This meant a lot to me as I rely on 100% on my truck.

I was immediately taken care of upon arrival and offered an office to work as I waited. The work was performed in less the time than quoted. The only thing I was expecting this time and last but didn't receive was a basic car wash as the sign said. Otherwise satisfied with my experience.

I called in for an oil change on a Friday and they were able to get me in on Tuesday the next week. Which was very nice compared to other times I've tried to schedule an appointment. They could have gotten me in on Monday but I was out of town that day. I was early, but they were able to get me in right away and they almost finished before my appointment. I waited in their waiting area which was nice and clean. I used their wifi to check messages on my phone and even check facebook.

Will was very friendly and answered all my questions. He delivered the car on time and gave me all the explanation about the car features and services. Remark : I didn't like it when he complained when I asked for a price comparison. He told me he didn't want to go back and forth to talk to his manager. This is a high-value purchase and he shouldn't ever complain about it. I could just get up and go to another dealership, but since he's a young guy I decided to give him a chance. The dealership needs to improve its training.

It was a great experience except when people go on vacation they need to change their voicemail messages. If they don’t you feel like you are being ignored. It should also state who you are follow up with in their absence.

Zimbrick always does a great job with their service on my vehicle. They also washed my car after my oil change which is going above and beyond as far as I'm concerned.

The battery on my wife's car was dead. We each had appointmens for the day. I contacted Tim Sheiss at Zimbricki Sun Prairie, had the car towed in the early afternoon and it was ready for pick up three hours later. Both my wife and I made our appointments.

You found nothing else wrong with my car only did what was asked for you to do. Also did not take very long for tire rotation and the oil change.

This was my first ever purchase of a car from dealership, so I knew some of what happens but I must say, the whole process is nothing but a big game with a lot of money at stake. I am not a haggler, so if I hadn't brought my sister, I would have paid a couple of thousand more. The sales person was great, he was very attentive through the whole process and went over every detail. Overall the experience was good.

The entire process was straightforward and respectful. I cannot remember the name of the finance manager, but the option he offered made a ton of sense, and I appreciated how Zimbrick was consistent in straightforward and respectful discussion. I went with what he offered, because it made sense. I was completely delighted by this experience and have already told multiple people how positive of an experience it was. Had an emergency breakdown, Service Consultant Tim Schiess was able to work my vehicle into the daily schedule to diagnose the problem and order needed repair parts for arrival next day to finish needed repair same day parts arrived. Tim was also able to secure me a loaner vehicle while mine was in for repair, which was extremely helpful since we only have one vehicle. Tim is always ready to help out with all service needs weather it is routine maintenance or unexpected breakdowns. Tim knows me and my vehicle and we have a great working relationship

The service tech Jason Friedel did an excellent job. They did a recall on the car and also checked my battery after the car didn't start after winter storage. They indicated that a battery charger should be on if stored all winter. My previous experience there didn't go well with service tech Stuart Suiter. When I voiced my concerns with him he indicated that he didn't care if i ever came back. After speaking to his manager, the manager asked for another try and I gave in and requested someone different than Stuart. This time Jason made me feel wanted & appreciated. I will continue to go there but request not seeing Stuart. Thanks for listening.

Temperature sensor controlling the cooling fan was having an issue. Took two hours to read the error code and perform a software update. Was told if it happens again, they will actually replace the temp sensor (and charge me again).

My experience was excellent

4 hours for a 2 hour job. And I went to pick up my car, was not happy with the long walk to get to my car. I have a bad hip. It was park quite a ways away from shop.

I was a bit confused when I thought they had only done an inspection. Sorry bout that...I just clicked the wrong link. I would like to know the cost of the part vs the labor. I'm thinking the labor rate must have been about $300/hour since the genuine GM part should be @ $500 and the labor to install should be 5.3 hours according to a GM employee that I spoke to. I do have an open issue with GM...not your dealership...regarding the lack of coverage under the special warranty coverage for this part. I have discussed with a legal expert too. Lots of interesting loophole diving by GM regarding the widespread failure of this part.

Sales experience OUTSTANDING! However, a new car buying experience is also about the vehicle. Within a few hours of picking up the vehicle I received 4 Onstar notifications for low tire pressure in each tire. I recall during the vehicle introduction seeing the tire pressure screen screen showing 32-33 PSI for all 3 tires.However, the door placard calls for 41 psi, indicating to me the tires were not properly checked and inflated during PDI. Per Michelin, a tire is considered "flat" if it is 20% below the expected value, in this case 34 psi. You screwed up, and will pay the price is my reviews and surveys.

The convenience of scheduling and the timing of the turn around for an oil change/tire rotation is the only reason I come here. Unfortunately, anything above and beyond that in terms of questions or interests is just received as annoying. I asked about a tire quote and was immediately snapped at when I said I didn’t want the same tires. The response was “we can’t get those” while another employee argued saying they could. I wasn’t even finished with my request before I just said “nevermind.” Our other GM vehicle is serviced at Bergstrom and I’ll probably just start going there. The customer service is a night/day difference.

I bought my SUV from Zimbrick and all my service is done there. I trust their recommendations and wouldn't go anywhere else.

I was very pleased with the service I received and did not feel pressured into any service I didn’t request. I was disappointed in the ignition key recall. I was expecting to get a replacement for the current fab that I had, but instead was asked to pay for a fab as the recall was only a key. I don’t feel GM did right by their product by not replacing an item that has been recalled with the like item.

A simple oil change. I was greeted promptly, and car was done quickly -- including the wash job. Waiting room is clean and comfortable. Stuart, the person checking me in, is informative and personable. My preference when I make an appointment is to call him directly because I feel comfortable asking questions about what services I need.

I found a puddle of oil under my truck after having it in for a oil change, tire rotation , and fuel filter change.Then proceeded to investigate why the oil leak and found that the oil pan plug was not tight. I immediately tightened the plug and called my service advisor. He was very concerned and he offered a free oil change for my next visit. So being doubtful of the rest of the service performed, I started to look at the rest of the service that the service that it was performed. I found that the front suspension was not greased also. I had this happen at a different dealership and canceled my service agreement with them. It's getting very hard and frustrating to trust the service being done on my close to $100,000 truck charging $189.00 per hour. I hope my experience with this dealership changes in the future.

went for oil change and tire rotation on oct. 3rd ..... "DID NOT" rotate tires.... called, talked to service person and they said they did not need rotation.... tires had 10,000 miles since last rotation the manual says every 7,500 miles they should be rotated.....

The Chevy App appointment scheduler does not communicate with this location. There are too many appointments offered without enough techs available. This should be addressed by Chevy. The service department was unaware of my appointment. Positively, they saw me anyway for an oil change and tire rotation. They provided excellent service and were friendly. I received everything I asked for in a reasonable timeframe. The treats kept my son occupied and the bonus carwash at the end was appreciated. Thank you.

The car was in the shop’s possession from opening of business and wasn’t ready until the close of business. All that was asked was oil change tire rotation, plus hopefully find a squeak in the back of the car after being in their possession all day all that got done was the oil change tire rotation

Very responsive to my situation. The general manger, service department manager and service writer all took a personal interest in getting me back on the road to Virginia quickly.

I took my Chevy Trax in for service. I was given a price for repairs at $1600 & when I picked up my vehicle it was $2200. My appointment was scheduled in a timely manner. The service technicians that I spoke with were professional.

Service was probably fine but customer service was not. I purchased a Chevy at this dealer with a certified preowned warranty that includes 2 free maintenance visits. The service department claimed to not know anything about that and I did mot have my paperwork with me so I paid $110. I am working with the salesman now to rectify. However it seems like they should know about CPO programs since they are part of the dealership. They could have at least looked in my file to verify since they have all the records.

Simple oil change & tire rotation. I was met promptly and service was completed quickly. The waiting room is pleasant. Staff are pleasant. The only thing I would have liked to have had was the car wash (I also forgot to ask).

I arrived a little early for my appointment to get the oil changed. They got me in right away and I waited in the waiting area. The waiting area was very clean and I read a magazine that was available. Next thing I knew the car was ready. I paid and off I went.

Everyone made sure I understood the process of purchasing the vehicle and explained the features of the car above my expectations.

I was scheduled for a tire rotation and oil change .. That went good … the problem I had was when he did my inspection said my front brakes were at a 5 and needed to be replaced soon .. normally I would be thankful for the advise and I would get them fixed.. however a month prior I had a NEW brakes put on and now I am being scammed … I had full trust in them and now I do not .. Brakes are not a cheap thing to have done and then to be lied to about needed them done … It will be hard to trust that doesn’t happen again ..
